9. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Assistant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
